  • Delivery Time: The usual delivery time is 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping.
  • Where do we ship to? Currently, We ship free worldwide.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have started processing it.

Order Tracking: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you do not receive it or it does not work, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping the Order: Once your order is placed, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. After processing, your order will be shipped and typically takes between 5 to 9 business days to arrive.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Did you receive your package correctly, but it was damaged or contained incorrect items? No worries. Please take photos of the issue, include a brief explanation of what went wrong, and contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:
