Puppistore Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Puppistore. Due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our products, which are limited-edition items for single use, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under standard conditions.

Exceptions to this Policy:

  1. Manufacturing defects: If the product received has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or replacement. The customer must notify the defect within 7 business days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

  2. Shipping errors: If we sent the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.

General Conditions:

  • No returns for change of mind. Due to the nature of our collectible items, once the purchase is made and the product is shipped, returns or exchanges cannot be made for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

  • Condition of the product: Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, damage, or tampering. Any alteration to the product, including opening the packaging or handling limited-edition items, may affect their collectible value and prevent returns.

  • Return Process: If applicable, the customer must contact our customer service team at [email or phone], providing order details and photos of the defect or error. Once the return is approved, the customer must follow the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

Important Exclusions:

  • Customized or made-to-order items: We do not accept returns for customized or made-to-order products, or any items that were modified at the customer's request.

  • Items outside the return window: If you do not contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product, the return will not be accepted.
